This fun workout program is designed for everyone who wants to exercise, move and have fun in a safe and nurturing atmosphere while at home.
Your workout lead by Lisa/Taylor Made Fitness a Certified Personal Fitness, Fitness Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach, will lead on a fun walking fitness journey that will also include strength training (awesome weight-bearing exercises).
All you'll need is:
•Chair
•Towel
• Comfortable clothing
• Workout shoes
• A great attitude
• Weights/bands (optional)
• Fitbit/Pedometer/etc (optional)
Join me for 30 mins of in-home walking along with strength training fun!🚶🏾♀️🏋🏾♀️😁
