First time. This was my first class with Learn It Live and I thought it was really good! I'm not super experienced with yoga, and this class had great compromises for me as a beginner. She is very zen and very much about mental healing. Loved it!

Really Fabulous!. Wonderful class. I love the intention of less rigidity with the poses and yet also maintaining the core beauty of them. I like doing lots of different poses in yoga class and so was really happy we got to do as much as we did within the hour. The amount of time in Shivasana was perfect. Also thank you for all the little bits of information & beautiful wisdom.
