If you struggle to get started, or maintain a healthy plan of action, this class is for you. You will learn strategies to shift your current mindset as it relates to weight management and components of a successful, long-term approach which includes nutrition, stress, mindless eating, and physical activity. Individuals often join weight loss programs before they are truly ready to begin. This is not a weight loss program, but the opportunity to prepare yourself to successfully engage in a plan and understand the best approach for you. You will participate in three one-hour weekly group sessions and follow up with a personal coaching/nutritionist session to assist in planning your next steps

How and when will I receive my certificate?

After you have completed the requirements set out by the instructor the certificate will become available to download with your name and the date.
When can I take the quiz?

Quizzes become available after the session they are associated with. After you view a session live or recorded you will be able to take the associated quiz.
How can I use my certificate?

There are many ways! Download the certificate, print it out, post the certification on your LinkedIn profile and link your profile.
I missed a live class. Can I watch the recording instead?

Usually you can watch the recording, however some certifications require participation in live classes in order to receive credit. If this is the case, message the instructor and ask how you can receive credit.
