The Five Tibetan Rites are said to be an ancient practice that has been around for more than 2,500 years. It is a system of exercises similar to yoga that emphasizes a continuous sequence of movement. Created and passed down through generations of Tibetan monks, though their place of origin is still debated, it was popularized in the west by Peter Kelder in 1939.
Tibetan rites benefits:

Many believe this is accomplished because the Five Tibetans consists of exercises that stimulate the glands of the endocrine system. The endocrine system includes the pituitary gland, thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, adrenal glands, pancreas, ovaries (in females) and testicles (in men). These glands all work together, and their job is to regulate the body’s metabolism, reproduction, growth, sleep, ageing process and overall functioning.The endocrine system affects the majority of organs in the body via hormones.
The 5 Tibetan Rites exercise, is a sequence of movements and can be completed in less than twenty minutes. It is suggested a person repeat each rite 21 times and perform the entire sequence one to three times a day."
🌟CLASS 1: Your introduction to the 5 Tibetan Rites, posture, correct movement, how to breathe. In this session, you will be given instructions and demonstrates, before we stretch & practice a routine of 7 repetitions together.✨
🌟CLASS 2: A practice of the 5 Rites in 15 repetitions. It is Important to watch Class 1 Instructions beforehand as only a reminder and 1 demo will be given during this practice.✨
🌟CLASS 3: Your Daily Practice of the 5 (7) Rites in 21 repetitions.
It is very important to watch Class 1, as no instructions will be given, only a count through the repetitions.✨
🌟CLASS 4: Your Daily Practice of the 5 Rites✨
Always stretch (your arms, neck, and hands), before beginning your practice.
All LiL classes are recorded so don't worry if you missed a live class, simply register at your convenience and watch the class on demand as many times as you want.
