Inspired by the teaching of Thomas Hanna, Richard will lay groundwork in this 20-minute, introductory program. Learn about the Red Light Reflex, the Green Light Reflex and the concept of Sensory Motor Amnesia.
Aging doesn't have to feel bad. This program will show you how to avoid back pain, stiffness, fatigue,and chronic pain.
Hanna's foundational concepts will reappear in the upcoming 4-week programs, called Somatic Movement Exercises I and II. This free, introductory program is suggested, (not required), to familiarize yourself with the basic idea of how to train your brain to improve upon your body's comfort and mobility.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions and engage in dialogue with the instructor.
