Is it possible to gain and feel an increase in energy in body and mind, but without performing super vigorous exercise? Learn to activate your body's energy pathways with effective manual and stretching techniques. The pathways are called Meridians in the Chinese Medicine system and contain healing points along each channel. In this class, learn ways to stimulate the energy highways and special points with gentle yoga warmups, tapping and stretching positions. Please wear clothing to stretch in, and have a mat or towel, plus strap for the practice. 45 min duration.
